About Me
I have been practicing as a psychotherapist and counsellor since 1991. I have trained in both Britain and Ireland involving creative art therapies, counselling and the psychotherapy fields. I have experience working with the LGBT and disability communities. I believe therapy is about internalising change within yourself to make change possible externally.
